HOW CAN I JOIN THE SACCO?
Membership in Zoghori Sacco is open to all Kenyans, whether living in the Diaspora or Kenyan Resident, you qualify to be a member and shareholder to one of the Most Robust Financial Institution anchored on Transforming Members' lives and Building One Another. To join Zoghori SACCO, you need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ksh 1000/- and purchase an initial minimum of 25 shares at ksh 20 each, totaling to ksh 1500/-.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
The following are the requirements and conditions for individual membership:
- Must have attained the age of 18 years.
- Is a resident, within or occupies land within, the society area of operation.
- Is in employment or in business within the society area of operation.
- Is an employee of the society or related investment of the society
- Is of good character and sound mind.
- Make a formal application by filling in an application form or online registration
- Attach One Recent Coloured Passport Photo
- Attach copy of identification document (National ID, Military ID, Alien ID, Passport No.)
- Attach an identification document for the Next Of Kin/Beneficiary
- Attach a copy of KRA PIN
- Make payments for the registration fees which is Ksh. 1515/=
CONDITIONS
GROUP AND CHAMAS SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Registered and well managed groups and chamas can join the Sacco, open savings accounts that allow them to enjoy and patronise our services.
CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Fill the group registration form and attach:
- Minutes of the group sanctioning the registration together with the members' register
- Copies of National Identification documents, Passport Photos and List of Names of the Officials and signatories
- Group registration certificate and its by-laws or policies
- Registration fees of Ksh. 4500.00
- The officials of the group shall transact on behalf of the group
- The group shall qualify for loans both short term and long at the designated rates after six months of regular and consistent saving
- The group shall earn interest and dividends at the prescribed rates without preferential treatment
